We understand that things happen, and we will always try our best to accommodate you.
If you must cancel your appointment within 24hrs, your deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule an appointment outside of this time frame, your deposit will be transferred over.
Lateness affects the remainder of our stylist’s day, thus delaying future scheduled appointments in the diary. Generally, we can allow a 10-minute grace period, except for shorter appointments such as Side Filler extensions which on average are 30minutes long, so any lateness for these will result in this being considered a no-show and your deposit will be non-refundable.
We will try our best to accommodate you, but that may mean we cannot carry out the full service on the day, e.g. If a cut is booked in, there may not be time for this. If you are later then 10-minutes we will likely have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be non-refundable.
